In the above the fold section, we applied the glass morphism to the entire section. You could hardly see the background image, but it had a very cool effect.

In this section, we've applied the effect to this row so now the page background is visible outside of the row and the row moves overtop as if looking through a pain of foggy glass at the background image.

In the bottom right I've applied the effect to just the right hand column of a 5 column row and used -margin on the row to have it overlap the row above.
