Many years ago I learned these success minimums…

Most people know the first one: Save at least 10%. Many know the next one: Give back at least 10%. Some are willing to Invest an additional 10% to create passive income. And a few invest at least 10% of their income on their own personal growth.

Friends it was 8 years ago when I learned and adopted the fourth success principle. It changed my life. It was this fourth success minimum that gave me what I needed to move me into investing in great mentors and partnerships in order to develop myself.

The point is investing ALWAYS comes before return. Planting ALWAYS comes before harvest. We all know our next step and many times the next step is the most difficult. Let me encourage, beg, plead and push 🙂 Take that next step, please.

Invest in yourself. Read a book, join a Mastermind Group, start a coaching relationship, attend seminars. Don't wait another day. Do it now. It will change and transform your life.

My friend and mentor John Maxwell once said:
