Start by logging into your Voomly account. Typically, you would navigate to the integration section by clicking on your name and then selecting "Integrations." However, you might only see options for Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign listed. To integrate with ClickFunnels, follow these steps:​

​1. Select any video from your Voomly library. I'll use a webinar recording as an example.

2. Click on the three little dots next to the video and select "Customize Player."

3. Navigate to the "Interactions" section and choose the "Turn Style" interaction.

4. Drag and drop the form to your desired timestamp in the video. For this guide, I'll place it in the middle of the video.

5. A form will appear in your video ensuring that viewers can't proceed without entering their information.​

Customize the form to suit your needs:

1. Title Text: Modify the prompt to encourage users to enter their email. For example: "Please type your best email address."

2. Subtitle: Either remove it or add reassuring text, such as "We will not share your details."

3. Button Text: Tailor the button to align with your offer, for instance, "Get Access Now." You can even add an emoji for a touch of personality.

4. Skippability: Remove the "skippable" option to ensure users must complete the form to view your content.

5. Name Field: Decide if you want to collect names in addition to email addresses by toggling the name field on or off.

6. After customizing, save the player. Click the share button to copy the URL, which you'll embed in ClickFunnels.

Now, integrate the Voomly form into your ClickFunnels environment:

1. Open your desired funnel in ClickFunnels and add a video object where you want the form to appear.

2. Paste the Voomly URL into the video object and save your changes.

3. Preview the funnel to ensure the form appears correctly within your video.

To track and respond to new opt-ins, create a workflow in ClickFunnels:

1. Open your desired funnel in ClickFunnels and add a video object where you want the form to appear.

2. Paste the Voomly URL into the video object and save your changes.

3. Preview the funnel to ensure the form appears correctly within your video.

Test the entire setup to ensure it works flawlessly:

1. Refresh your page and use a demo email to submit the form.

2. Ensure the video resumes playback after submission and check that the contact information is correctly captured in ClickFunnels.

3. ​Verify that the automated email is sent and received by the new subscriber.
