hello my friends and welcome to this new series that we're going to be talking about welcome emails think about this you get someone else that join your email list and all of a sudden they're looking for your brilliance what you're sharing what you're doing with them or what they want to learn from you but we need to guide them through that process so our words and our information can actually make or help them go through the transformation that we're actually promising and this is not just forcoaches but for anyone when you're helping them through that process then they start connecting more with you so think about it they're joining in they saw that you have some great information then you can help them and what they want to do is like okay how do I start learning so they may opt in and all of a sudden they actually get an email from you welcoming them to the family or to the community or however you call your people but there's five different steps or impressions that I have seen thatactually help your emails to actually be successful so what I'm going to be doing in this one is giving you those five little things that I have worked with our customers and for ourselves so here's uh the list so the five the fives first one is first impression so when they're coming in you want to be able to connect with them right away it's like you met someone and you're doing a handshake hey welcome how you doing like I said firm handshake connecting with them that first email should be quick tothe point probably remind them of where they connected with you uh if you met them in a event in your website remind them where they go so that will connect and start oh actually remember me they actually know that I'm here number two set the tone the whole idea is set the tone from the beginning it doesn't mean that you have to be always corporate or always funny but set the tone of what your business is about tell them a little bit of a story what they should expect from you as a person and what you're expecting to do withthem and again the idea is not to be perfect but it's to do it continually so you actually can shine number three is in those emails set the expectations set the expectation like I said when are things coming where they can get more of you um are you coming daily are you coming weekly are you coming two times a month are you coming in the morning in the afternoon the idea is that they know when you're coming then after they come through a phase that they know you it's like when you were dating you're very happy uh in thehoneymoon but then sometimes there may be a part that things start fading down so what you could do with those welcome emails also is set the idea that hey because you're a new subscriber we have a coupon code we have something specific for you because you just subscribe so in that way you can actually continue that relationship again is a connection and last but not least you want to ask them for questions hey how can I serve you how can I help you because the idea is that there is a connection back andforth between your audience and you so what you're going to do is that you can create a little form could be a Google form could be in your platform whatever it is and you ask them for the questions hey how can I help you right now where are you watching this video how can I help you so your emails could be better my friends this is the first one of the series for welcome emails hope to see you in my next video.
